Balkan Green Ideas 2026
How to Use the Jury Platform
A step-by-step guide to reviewing ideas, completing evaluations, checking rankings and submitting your final scorecard.
-
Step 1 Dashboard
- Open Dashboard in the main navigation. The Jury Dashboard shows your evaluation progress and completed-idea count.
- Use Search ideas to find an idea by name. Combine Category, Country and Presenter Name to narrow the list. Results update automatically; presenter choices follow your category and country. Use Reset to clear the filters.
- Select an idea’s name or its action button to open the evaluation.
-
Step 2 Evaluating an Idea
- Read About this idea and check the country, category and presenter information below the title. Open supporting documents if a link is provided.
- The idea’s assigned Presenter Name appears automatically near the title. This information is managed by the administrator; jury members cannot change it.
- Use Previous and Next to move through all five evaluation criteria. Select a score from 1 to 5 for each criterion.
- Check the weighted result and live Score Summary as you change scores.
- On the fifth criterion, expand Evidence / notes to add notes. Notes are optional unless the field is marked required.
-
Step 3 Saving an Evaluation
The save buttons appear on the fifth criterion.
Changes also autosave as drafts. Check the save message; if saving fails, stay on the page and correct the error or retry. Editing a completed evaluation makes it a draft again—use Save & Complete again before final submission.
-
Step 4 Ranking
- Open Ranking in the main navigation to reach My Rankings.
- Ideas are sorted from highest to lowest score separately within Green Idea Concept and Green Idea Advanced. Completed evaluations receive ranks; drafts remain unranked.
- These rankings use your individual jury scores. They are not official final competition results and may change as you complete more evaluations.
-
Step 5 Review My Scorecard
- Open Review in the main navigation to reach Review My Scorecard.
- Check the completed-evaluation count and remaining evaluations. Review the scores, presenter details and evaluation status in the Scorecard checklist.
- Use Edit to return to an evaluation while your scorecard is editable. Complete it again after making changes.
- Check for Ready to submit. All required evaluations must be completed; saving full scores as a draft does not mark an evaluation complete.
-
Step 6 Submitting the Final Scorecard
- Verify that every idea is marked Completed and review your final scorecard.
- When enabled, click Submit Final Scorecard. In the confirmation dialog, choose Submit Scorecard to submit or Cancel to return to review.
After final submission: your evaluations are read-only. You can still view them, but editing is enabled only if an administrator reopens your scorecard.
